It is not necessary to remove the spring, simply release or ease it and pull the strut away from its mounting bolt.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRepeat on the other end.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRemove the opposite side strut.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eInstall the new strut by simply pressing the upper and lower mounting sockets into position.
